LaDonna's Buyer Process

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation about your goals, timeline, budget, and what "home" means to you. This is also when I connect you with a trusted local lender for pre-approval.

2. Home Search

Using Compass's technology and my local market knowledge, I'll curate listings that match your criteria — and preview homes before your time is spent on ones that won't work.

3. Offer & Negotiation

When you find the one, I'll craft a competitive offer strategy based on real data — comparable sales, market conditions, and seller motivation. My HR background means I know how to negotiate.

4. Under Contract to Close

From inspection to appraisal to the closing table, I manage every detail and keep you informed. You'll never wonder what's happening next.
